Blue Dolphin Cichlid

The Blue Dolphin Cichlid (Cyrtocara moorii) is a Lake Malawi cichlid prized for its dolphin-like sloping forehead, vibrant blue coloration, and large body size. Known for its calm but occasionally territorial behavior, it is suitable for large African cichlid tanks with ample space.

Blue Dolphin Cichlids require well-decorated tanks with rocks, caves, and open swimming areas. They are semi-aggressive and thrive best with other medium to large-sized Malawi cichlids. Their unique head shape and shimmering blue hue make them a standout species in any display tank.
